Dr. Driscoll started Total Eye Care in January 1995 at 5005 Colleyville Blvd. After 13 years the practice was relocated to its current location at 6114 Colleyville Boulevard in Colleyville.

Total Eye Care expanded to Keller, Texas in 2004 with a second office located at 1834 Keller Parkway.
